The Nick Game Builder application allows users to create their own games that can be published to Nick.com for other users to play and rate. Users can pick characters, goals, levels, music, etc. The first iteration existed solely on spongebob.com. To accommodate the replatforming of spongebob.com and to expand the audience of the existing Game Builder engine, I was tasked with moving Game Builder to Nick.com, working with the Nick.com design team to redesign the experience, helping to manage the vendor on expanding the engine to accommodate additional properties, and fully integrating Game Builder into the Nick.com experience, along with better tools to find and play quality user-created games.
